Tour Booking
Once you have decided to proceed with the reservations, you will be required to send 25% of the total tour cost as an advance payment to make the booking. You would also need to pay us the full amount for flights or train tickets. As soon as the advance is received, We will start making the necessary arrangements for your trip and keep you updated.
Once this is done, a booking confirmation email will be sent to you. You will then be required to pay another 25% of the tour cost at this point. Balance 50% of the tour price can be paid 30 days prior to your arrival in India. Please note that you must pay in full in advance during the Christmas and New Year period (December 20th to January 5th).
Amendments
We do not encourage changes in the confirmed booking arrangements. But if you do need to make amendments to the arrangements already confirmed, we will try our best possible to accommodate the changes, depending on the availability of various segments of the tour, for the new requirements. However, certain minimum administrative fees apply for changes.
Time Limit
Any amendment is subject to availability of related hotels/services and can only be made before the reconfirmation (at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival), any changes after that will be treated as cancellation and charges will be applicable as per our cancellation policy.
Amendment in Date
Travel date can be rescheduled maximum of up to 90 days from the initial date of arrival and rates or price confirmed is subject to change as it is based on the prevailing rates and might increase due to currency fluctuation increase in the cost of fuel charges, change in any related tax structure, a sudden change in hotel tariffs or increase in transport cost. Any amendment beyond 90 days will be considered cancelled and the advance deposit will be retained as per our policy.
Amendment in Pax
In case of a reduction in the number of passengers, the cost will be increased as per tariff and the supplement for the same has to be added along with the final payment. Please note that deposits for non-travelling passengers cannot be adjusted or exchanged in such cases.
Cancellation & Charges
We deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to India. However, we realise that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. Cancellations must be notified in writing and will take effect on the day the Joyful Holidays Team receives them.
Jurisdiction
The courts of New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. The jurisdiction that accepts travel contracts for all legal proceedings in New Delhi, India. If you wish to sue the company for any reason then you can only do so in the jurisdiction of the booking & cancellation policy of Joyful Holidays.
The mentioned “Terms and Conditions” are by no means drafted to create a one-sided contract between Joyful Holidays and You. Any contract that Joyful Holidays will get into with you is with the single-minded objective to provide tours and services of the highest quality and best possible experience in the budget, time, and plan mentioned by you.
